Hi my name is Mike Alway, 2nd team captain for this season. I come with plenty of experience due to kicking off my love for rugby in 1978 at the age of 15 for the Sodbury colts. My aim during my stewardship is to close the gap in both skill and attitude between 1st and 2nd XV's. Once a player puts his hand up and has been noticed his case will be fought passionately as he endeavours to further their exposure to 1st xv rugby. I do expect good time keeping and good dress code, when required.
